The project aims to understand the effect of tobacco use on mortality using National Longitudinal Mortality data.

  • Perform data exploration, cleaning and imputation using R and ggplot2
  • Analyze the effect of tobacco use on mortality using mixed model logistic regression and survival analysis (Kaplan-Meier estimator)
